In this article is commented the concept of music under the spiritual and human point of view from its appearance in the dawn of our civilizations to our times. Music has been defined as the sounds perceived by the senses, but so that these sounds are pleasant, doubtlessly, they must have certain discipline and mathematical arrangement. A set of sounds totally disordered will never be denominated as music, remaining in the sad name of annoying noise
