SOCIAL CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY: A NEW FORM TO MANAGE THE COMPANY
Abstract
The RSC is a new form to understand
the Company; a Company centered in
values to generate value and that reconciles the economic objective with
the social and environmental aspects.
The RSC is not only to fulfill the legal
obligations that the Company has,
and to even go further on in their fulfillment, but also to invest in human
resources and the environmental surroundings, developing relations with
the social interlocutors. All it, of
course, with voluntary character.
Green Book of the European
Union on RSC evaluates in its paragraph the 25 benefits that the RSC
for the company supposes and,
among them, emphasizes that half of
the stock-exchange yield superior to
the average is consequence of the
RSC policy of the company.
The RSC is the new paradigm of
the social management based on solid and immutable pillars of the company, as it is the management of his
human resources and the respect by
the environment. This message has
begun to pierce deeply in the Society
