VIBRACIONES MECÁNICAS QUÉ SON Y CÓMO SE EVALÚA EL RIESGO

Abstract

Since the coming into force of the Royal Decree 1311/05, of 4 t'' November, on the minimum health and safety requirements regarding the exposure of workers to the risks arising from physical agents (vibration), the employers shall assess and measure the levels of mechanical vibration to which workers are exposed. In this paper mechanical vibrations within the prevention of risks at work are explained, as well as a methodology for their assessment. Finally, some guidelines are provided for the control and reductions of mechanical vibrations.
