Although it is true that the studies on innovation process results when other practices and routines management system are using are few. In this paper innovation process results using a processes approach is analysed; concretely continuous improvement, cross-functional and suppliers and customers relationship.

Publicaciones DYNA is a technical-scientific editorial of the Federation of Associations for Spanish Industrial Engineers (FAIIE), which publishes content in the field of multidisciplinary engineering.
