LA SOLUCIÓN DE CABLES DE ALTA TEMPERATURA PARA REFUERZO DE LÍNEAS ELÉCTRICAS AÉREAS DE DISTRIBUCIÓN
Abstract
The electrical demand growth and the increasing opposition to new overhead lines is generating important delays in new substations energization, a worse electrical reliability and avoiding new connections in time. A new solution is to install new cables working in a high temperature (also called “low sag”), guaranteeing more than 80% incapacity (but increasing losses), with a high profitability due to this possibility of using the stablished rights-of-way and poles, including an overcost of manpower subcontracted.
