CREANDO VALOR A TRAVÉS DE LAS TIC: NUEVOS INTERMEDIARIOS
Abstract
This paper explores the creation of value using ICT For this purpose, we use the model of value creation in e-businesses developed by Amit and Zott (2001) and we apply it to a new typology of intermediaries that operate in the online news industry: news content aggregators. An exploratory study has been conducted based on strategic informants, web content analysis of 56 companies' websites and questionnaires (of 24 web content aggregators contacted). Companies from USA, Canada, Spain, France, Germany, UK, and Switzerland have been analyzed.
