PARTICIPACIÓN DE LAS ENERGÍAS RENOVABLES EN EL MERCADO ELÉCTRICO ESPAÑOL: EXPERIENCIAS DE LA INICIATIVA DE WIND TO MARKET
Abstract
Most of former Legal Frameworks enacted to encourage RES generation development lead to an ineffective in corporation to the Electric and Market Power Systems, and inefficient performances that caused over-costs to the Power System due to this unpredictable and difficult to manage type of generation. Spanish Royal Decree 436 encourages some renewable source energy generation to take another step forward in order to be considered as similar as possibleto conventional energy generation by, for instance, stimulating this kind of energy to be traded in the Spanish Wholesale Electricity Market OMEL.
