Abstract

Widely speaking, the concept of Quality is a reality that implies something not bad for a purpose, regardless its nature, including those ethically rejectable. On the other hand, the quality assessment of a given event can be so different as people involved. Therefore, complexity and relativity need to be considered. Satisfaction is another aspect immediately related to Quality. But al last, the sense of Quality is a goodness of the soul of human being, determining excellence and success. Quality defines style and gives confidence to public. However, Quality costs: it is result of intelligent effort.
