The author covers the reasons to explain why we are entering the end of a period with very low prices in electrical power, and starting a new one with high kWh prices. In this situation the author develops a list of activities to be carried out in order to promote savings, increasing energy efficiency. These plans cover the most energy consuming sectors in Spain.
