Abstract

The Industrial Engineer is a professionaloften jointed to organizational management.From this point of view,the principles used as their professionalguide have been focussed on theincreasing of the Competitiveness ofthe firms.At present, Competitiveness, as apermanent searching of a competitiveadvantage, could lead up to low businessethics. The way to “CorporativeSocial Responsability” is shown as anew manner of establishing the limitsof an uncontrolled competitiveness; itappears as a concept that nowadaysthe engineer has to take into accountin his daily activity.
