During the development of an activity, the set of external factors that accompany it can influence its result. However, there are few studies that jointly analyze the influence of a selection of factors for the conformation of environments where well-being is favored. In this context the present investigation arises, with the objective of determining the influence that a set of eight factors has on the emotional wellbeing of people. For this, a set of 15 experiments is carried out, using collections of images to assess the emotional interpretation of each individual under the influence of the conditions of their environment, treating and analyzing the data obtained through Soft Computing techniques. The analysis carried out indicates that the lighting and ambient temperature are the most influential factors in emotional wellbeing. At its second level, the possibility of having food / drink, is relatively decisive. This knowledge can be used to design environments where emotional well-being is favored.
