Creatividad e innovación: Nuevas ideas, viejos principios

Abstract

• The human being has an enormous potential for creativity and generating ideas. Throughout history, at different times and in different places, different techniques and methods have been developed to tap into and develop this potential, and modern-day psychology and philosophy have often rediscovered or updated this knowledge. • Those factors which favor or hinder the emergence of creativity, new ideas and innovation will be studied, and some techniques designed to help us in this process, such as the thousand-year-old Chinese theory of the 5 elements, will be presented.
