Abstract

The practical knowledge is the greatest
innovation source for a technological
company, thus is really important to
optimize the knowledge capture,
assimilation, spreading and the use
cycle. Both the organizational method
and the growth structure, affect
directly to knowledge optimization
method, in terms of project
performance, quality, cost and design
optimization. This paper presents the
project developed by Traintic, Ltd.
Corp., to organize the content and
internal proceses of knowledge
transfer for twelve months to
optimizate them. It covers knowledge
categorization, knowledge leader
establishment and complementary
training methods to transfer
knowledge into small team members,
in order to integrate training activities
and company´s every day duties. It
could be considered as a knowledge
management application developed to
design and supply innovative solutions
in the transport sector.
