Abstract

Although Quality Management has

been always present in our life, is not

until the appearance of the famous

ISO 9000 management system that

its impact has become very popular,

as much at national level as interna

tional. Nowadays, when the compa

nies and organizations of our country

consider new challenges (Total Qua

lity Management models as the

EFQM model, new management stan

dards like ISO 14000, new support

standards like ISO 10000...) we were

asked in this paper if ISO 9000 will

continue being valid in this new era.
