Prevention at security matter must be taken as forced point of reference for achieving the goal of reducing accidents. Any manager must be aware that the breach of its obligations in the prevention of occupational hazards can lead, in case of a possible accident, to a quadruple responsibility: administrative, social security, civil and criminal.
