Abstract

January 1 2008 will go into effect the accession from European Union to Hague Agreement, concerning to the International Registration of Designs. Starting from this date, the companies of the EU and of the states stuck to Hague Agreement they will be able to, with a single application, what simplifies the process and it reduces the costs, to obtain the protection of their designs in 62 states.
