Abstract

We all have, permanently, to convince others by talking through our social and professional life. And we can always improve this essential capacity (One of the most admired capacities in the world). To make easier this improvement, is a good help to think about the “System” in which takes place the “Process” of convincing others by talking; as well as the main “Agents” involved, with the steps required to reach the convincement. Once we have identified and analyzed all this components and elements, we can try to optimize each of them, in order to acquire the skills required to reach our best possible efficiency as professional “convincers”.
