AHORRO DE ENERGÍA EN EL NUEVO CÓDIGO DE LA EDIFICACIÓN (DOCUMENTO BÁSICO HE)

Abstract

The Thermal Global Coefficient of the buildings, Kg (Basic Norm of the construction NBE-CT-79) finished their application on the 29 of September 2006 and in lieu, it may be used the simplified option of the CTE (Technical Code of the Construction) provided that our building fullfils the condition that the percentage of holes in each facade is inferior to 60% of its surface and that the skylights percentage is inferior to 5% of the total surface of the cover. We propose an alternative computer program to accomplish this option.
