haviour of the building before its

construction. Software packages like

Acoubat-dBMat, where the first three

parts of the EN12354 European Stan

dard are adapted to the national

construction method, will help in the

design of more efficient and sustaina

ble buildings to those professionals

without acoustic knowledge.
